Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR apprentice to support our recruitment and employee engagement efforts. The apprentice will assist with tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining HR documentation. Additional responsibilities include supporting onboarding, organizing records, and helping with small HR events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring tasks like posting job openings, screening resumes, and contacting candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to confirm dates and times.
- Support HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and employee file maintenance.
- Help with onboarding new employees and organizing HR records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in planning small HR events or employee engagement activities.
- Maintain professionalism in communication and handle confidential information with care.
Job Structure
- Reports To: Senior Management
- Work Schedule: 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: Salary and Incentives, Negotiable
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor's in BBA (HR specialization preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable speaking with new people and sending professional emails.
- Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsible, proactive, eager to learn, and interested in HR and recruitment.
